What I offer
Initial chat & intake form
To start off our journey together I ask for you to fill out an intake form ~ which covers your history (medical, social, menstrual) & your current symptoms. After I've received your intake form back we arrange our first session.
Our first session will be up to 2 & a half hours long. First we will have an in-depth chat about your symptoms, mensuration & any other relevant information. This is a safe space to share & anything which surfaces will be supported & kept confidential. We will then do some bodywork ~ which includes womb massage, low back massage & some body shaking.
Follow up Sessions
Usually sessions will be every month, but if I feel you need more hands on support we will arrange them more frequently.
Our follow up sessions will be 1 & a half hours long. We'll start the session with a catch up, here we'll talk about your current symptoms, if anything has changed & how you generally are. Afterwards we'll do an hour of bodywork.
During our work together I will recommend home care activities to support you ~ such as Yoni Steaming, Castor Oil Packs, Womb Massage or Wrapping. Self-Care at home is just as important as our sessions together (if not more!). So please be aware that I will be asking you to carry on your healing at home (I recommend certain products to help with your home care which aren't included in our session price).
